Event Schedule
Course Format
Every athlete will run two prelim courses - A Speed Course and a Strength Course. Check the Event Schedule for your division’s timeslots. Please see the description and rules for each course below.
Prelims: Speed Course
1 Retry
This course is designed to be fast. Athletes will be given a very short time cap. The obstacles will be short, quick, and optimized for efficiency
Prelims: Strength Course
1 Retry
This course is designed for more upper body strength. There will be some lower body obstacles on this course. Obstacles will be both longer and more difficult than the speed course
Scoring System
The Percentage Based Scoring System will be used to determine your combined score for Prelims. The Top 5 athletes will advance to the Finals Course on Sunday.
Finals Course
Athletes will be allowed 3 attempts per obstacle
Athletes must clear their current obstacle to advance to the next
If the athlete fails all 3 attempts, their run is over
In the event of a tie, the athlete with the fewest retries wins. If the tie still exists, the athlete with a faster time wins
Athletes final time is their time as of their last completed obstacle
No bonus point for full clear.
