These videos and documents are intended to teach you how to use NinjaWorks, what each tab means and how to efficiently navigate through to set up your competition. These videos will include some of the following:

If you haven’t yet, please let us know the email accounts that are associated with your ninjaworks account. You will need a second ninjaworks account if you are planning to run two course at the same time.

1a. Athlete Registration + Ninjaworks Login

This should be done prior to the start of your competition. Learn what information is required at the time of registration and how to log into NinjaWorks to access your competition and upload athlete information.

1b. Understanding Waves

This video will explain what are waves and the common ways they can be set up.

2. Navigating the Task Bar

This explains how to use the taskbar to navigate NinjaWorks.

3. Setting Up Your Competition

How to set up all your competition details in Ninjaworks before the start of your event.

3a. Example of Setting Up Your Competition

This video will be a follow along video that uses the steps taken in the previous video to set up a competition.

4. During the Competition

All the information you need for Ninjaworks during a competition. This will be a very helpful tool for judges and volunteers that will need to use the system.
