It’s going to be a busy three days of ninja!

Each athlete will participate in two prelim runs with Strength on Friday, May 8th and Speed on May 9th.

The Top 5 from prelims will advance to Finals on Sunday, May 10th!

Check when your favourite ninja is going to be running and get ready to cheer them on!!

Canada’s first multi-sport facility devoted to the love of movement. With fully dedicated Parkour, Rock Climbing, Ninja Warrior, and Tricking/Tumbling, they aim to build movement as one united community.

Momentum believes that when athlete’s fundamentally understand how to use their body they can navigate any obstacle. Their philosophy has always been to train efficient movement patterns, not obstacles. They’ve done this by teaching our Ninja’s Parkour and Rock Climbing, while also covering extensive fall training and flips/rolls for air awareness.

Everyone can learn/grow at their own pace and find their own unique movement style. No matter your age, skill, or fitness levels, they have something for everyone!!
