Meet Mathieu St-Ours, your course designer for National Finals!

Mathieu is a Kinesiologist, founder of MST Fitness and owner of Force5 equipment .

With over 7 years of experience in Ninja, he established the first Ninja Warrior Sport-Études program in Quebec in 2020

Get ready for the 2025 CNL National Finals where our Canadian ninjas from across the country will come together for this epic event!

Run Orders are out! We have a jam packed weekend.

It’s going to be a busy three days of ninja!

Athletes will each get to run a Speed and Strength course for their prelim runs. Top 5 will advance to Finals on Sunday for a final showdown!

Check the Event Schedule to see when each age category is running each day!

Results will be posted online once Nationals has begun.

Keep in mind, nothing is final until everything has been reviewed and confirmed

Spectator tickets are available for purchase at the gym.

If you have already purchased a ticket online, please check in with the front or at athlete check in to get your wristband.

Your ticket includes access to the gym to watch the ninjas, as well as the MST Festival!

Be sure to check out the MST Festival which will include activities for the whole family, including an inflatable obstacle course 1v1, ninja rig to introduce ninja to everyone, food trucks, canteen, and entertainment.
